I use my poles for inline skating. Typically, a set of pole tips was lasting 3 to 5 skates before I was pushing through bottom of the pole and needed to replace. I bought these tips more than four years ago and have put over 1000km on them. They. Will. Not. Die.
Honestly, I've bought pole tips that cost far more but for life expectancy nothing has come close to these ones. After all the tread has been long worn off the tip it still keeps working and the carbide on the pole is sill nowhere close to pushing through.
Very stable on hard ground including uneven pavements and very smooth tiled supermarket floors.Reverted to my nordic pole after graduating from crutches and then walking stick after foot, ankle and leg surgery. They seem more stable than the boot shaped ferrules.
Very cheap.Stability even on wet pavements.
These paws are always the correct way round.
cheap by three times the cost of others
can still slip like all paws on wet oe gravel
My friend & I used these tips on our walking poles to walk the 119 km Camino Ingles earlier this month. We used them going uphill, downhill, on the flat, on pavements, on grass & forest tracks.
They are multi-use they can be used on any terrain
Nothing disappointed me.
