Technical Information

Special B'Twin frame. V frame designed for children aged 3-5 years. It is lowered in the middle to make it easier for children to get on.
Freewheel.Safer: children do not need to pedal, even going downhill.
B'TWIN handlebar and grips. Comfortable foam saddle. The handlebars have been designed specifically for children and the grips are suited to small hands. Plus, it is height adjustable, so it grows with the child. The saddle is also height adjustable.
Wheels / tyres
Tyres with an inner tube (inflatable) and knobs. B'TWIN has chosen to use real tyres to help get around obstacles (kerbs, etc.), and for better grip on common terrain (paths, grass, etc.).
The innovative Stop Easy brakes, specially designed for children's small hands, require 30% less braking effort than traditional levers.B'TWIN has chosen a rear hub brake, an effective brake that is less likely to fail, but which remains progressive. The cantilever callipers at the front, which are efficient but not too strong, limit the risk of the wheel blocking and the rider falling head-first over the handlebars.
Special B'TWIN chain guard with patterns inlaid into the plastic. B'TWIN has created this chain guard to fully cover the mechanical drive train parts (crank, chain, freewheel, etc.) in order to reduce the risk of pinching (of small fingers) or catching (of laces), and to keep clothes clean.
Accessories / equipment
Special B'TWIN mudguard, bell and stabilisers (screwed on by hand) designed to be mounted and removed without tools: makes it easy to transport the bike, and to learn to ride! This model can also be fitted with the B'TWIN parent pole (sold separately), for learning to ride safely and easily.

Love this bike for my little girl
Excellent bike great value
Used for 1 week or less
I bought this bike as my daughters first bike (she's 2.5) although not recommended until 3 it's brill I can't fault it better than some we tested at other places before hand this bike is a lot sturdier if any improvments could be made I would say the horn/squeaky isn't the best but better replacements can be bought for not very much
The staff are always very helpful too which is good for things like this
Several faulty delivery
Used for More than 2 years
Ordered online and delivered loose in a box partially mounted with missing components (stabilizers and pedals) and faulty parts (brakes). Considering it is a child products it should be advisable to perform some preliminary checks before shipping this kind of items, what if we did not realized before the brakes were faulty? We asked spare parts and they delivered us stabilizers for a 16'' bike (don't you check compatibility??). Two weeks of troubles for a child bike seems to be too much. I am waiting for an exchange.
