I ordered these weights a month in advance of when I needed them, estimated delivery was just less than 2 weeks. When two weeks had lapsed I had many back and forth emails to customer service who were seemingly not bothered that I still had not received my dive weights, blaming it on an IT issue. I was assured they had the items and was asked to cancel my order and try to order again, (3 weeks after I had first ordered). I then received further conflicting emails, some offering apologies, and some even offering discount vouchers for future purchases. My last contact seemed to be promising, it stated that the items were due to be shipped out by friday. So you'll probably understand my upset when on monday I had an email stating that my order had been cancelled (5 weeks since original order) and that I would be shortly due a refund. On contacting customer care I was essentially advised not to order again as there was a likelihood that I would be put through the same trauma, and on top of that it was once again ignored that I had been offered a discount voucher. This gives all the signs of a company going under. You can't control your stock, or your orders, or the information that your customer service providers give out. You are a total shambles of a company and I will be avoiding you at all costs in future and advising others to do so also. What a total waste of my time and a show of complete disregard for the customer.
