Really disappointing no instructions...no screw....pr oduct is very different as shown online
Thank you for taking the time to give us your review. Apologies for not having enough content online for assembly instructions. I have written to the product manager in France to have this content as soon as possible. Please refer to this image to get an idea of where to place the holder. I remain available if you have more questions.
Value for money
It is a no frills bike hook. Does the job.
First of all it's not a wall hanging fixture for bicycle...please don't misguide...totally wastage of money
Thank you for taking the time to give us your review. The wall hook is a very simple device to hang your bike. It has 2 holes where you drill into the wall (not the roof). The hook is parallel to the floor and not perpendicular. The bike with the rear wheel on the floor is lifted using the handle bar and the front wheel is placed in the hook. I remain available for if you have any questions.
Excellent wall hook for bike storage. Great price and speed of delivery from Decathlon
I have three of these hooks hanging bikes in the garage. The only problem with them is that the plastic sleeve around the hook gets torn easily. I've covered one with electrical insulation tape and one with duct tape - both seem to work well to stop rims getting scratched.
Hook itself is sturdy and works very well. Make sure you use strong-enough wall fixings and screws. One screw snapped at the head and the other one pulled out of the wall! No damage, but I had to drill new holes.
Great thing about individual hooks is that you can decide the spacing and height yourself.
I have four of these in my garage holding various bikes on the wall. I have had them up for several years now with no problems. Make sure your wall is strong enough to hold the weight of the bike(s) and get really good fixings into the wall. I would not recommend putting these on a plasterboard wall unless you fix into the studs. Check the hooks every year or so to make sure the screws are still tight. Also check the plastic sleeve on the hook for damage, as it wears after a while and the hook may scratch your rims, but you can put tape round the hook to prevent this.
Cheap and simple
Not what I wanted after understanding it. No instructions or photos in the package despite the claims over a year ago.
No instructions. Worthless.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Apologies for the lack of information. This a hook to hang a bicycle from a wall using the frame or the wheels. Please let me know what information you were looking for. If the product is not serving the purpose and is still in saleable condition, you can return it to the closest store.

I bought three of these to store bikes, and fixed them to the wall.
There were no instructions included, nor does the item come with screws.
I drilled holes in my wall, hammered in rawl plugs, and screwed the hook to the wall using the thickest screws I had, that would fit through the rather narrow holes. The screws were 40 or 45mm long. Seemed great at the time, until that night when I was wakened by an almighty crash from the garage. My beloved bike had hit the floor, bounded, and impaled itself on the lawnmower. Not happy.
You get what you pay for...
I'm sorry to read that the hook fell off the wall. From what I gather the hook itself did not break or bend, the issue seems to come from the wall fixing.
Many variables can come in to play but 40-45mm sounds a little short if you add in the thickness of the hook as well.
I agree with you that a minimum crew length may need to be indicated but again, the type of material you are screwing into (plasterboard, wood, masonary) and the type of screw/rawl you use also varies.
When I read the other reviews, the hook iteslf seems to be popular but the instructions could do with an uplift. I will feed this back to the packaging engineer.
