It's pretty clear that your senior management don't use your online shop. It's a terrible to register and the number of notifications was absurd.

Take this form - who the heck thinks of themselves by last name in precedence to the first. I also followed a link here. You know who I am already, but you're getting me to provide my details again.

You can do better. If you continue looking at your online processes from your company's perspective, you're dead. Amazon and Ali Express will eat you alive.

That said, your support team are marvellously responsive, and able to react nimbly and with aplomb.

Hi Mikee, thank  you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Not everyone goes into the detail you have, and this we greatly appreciate.

Our entire website is being reworked, and everything you pointed out (postcode drop down, last name-first name) as well as the missing tracking#: Will be fixed soon! We're on a legacy platform that is being upgraded in a few months, so please bear with us while we catch up with 2019 ;)

That said, thank you for the feedback on the support team. We work hard to give the best we can to our customers, and your message will make their Monday.

I recently decided to join a local petanque club and decathlon was recommended by some of the club members as a supplier of good quality boules. The set I received looks to be very good and the process of choosing the correct size and weight was simple and straightforward, as was the registration and payment. The product was delivered on time, well packed and in perfect condition. Highly recommended seller.

Very easy to use this site, only problem I encountered was when I set it at cheapest first, it reset to previous setting when I looked at an item closer, otherwise no problems. Shoes arrived they were as I expected, fit well and very comfortable.
